Again, similar to 1st test, all commentary provided off-tube from the UK apart from Russel Arnold who is on-site in Galle, occasionally contributing to commentary. Agnew commentating from home, Mann & Vaughan at the Manchester studio, Norcross, Tufnell and Cook at The Oval studio, and Andy Zaltzman from his shed

Ian Ward also contributed as a main commentator. Same as the first test, as presentation and commentary all done off-tube in London, with David Lloyd contributing to commentary from his home in Manchester. Sangakkara and Jayawardene provided occasional analysis during commentary with Sangakkara from his home in Abu Dhabi and Jayawardene from his home in Colombo.
